Scientifically, milk contains lactic acid and rice holds starch, both of which can absorb the moon’s cooling energy. Consuming this moonlight-infused kheer the next morning enhances digestion, balances excess pitta, and boosts immunity. Additionally, storing it in silver vessels adds to its health benefits, as silver has natural antibacterial qualities.
